Hi! I'm Sierra!

I'm an adventure and lifestyle photographer based in Las Vegas, Nevada. I've been married for 3 years to my husband Jack, and together we have 2 dogs and a cat. I love traveling and capturing memories through my lens. My goal is to get those candid shots, whether it be a wedding, maternity shoot, a proposal, family photos, or even your beloved fur babies!

The name "Cinder Mountain" came from mine and my dogs' names. I have a long haired German Shepherd named Cinder(see photos of him below!) who is my now retired service dog, and the name Sierra simply means mountain. So of course, put them together and that's how I came up with the name Cinder Mountain Photography!

I grew up in Las Vegas, but have never really been a city girl. I love everything and anything outdoors! From hiking, to camping, to fishing, I love it all! I have worked with animals for about 13 years, which is a huge reason why I love to photograph them! Any time a client asks to add their pet to the photos, I am overjoyed!

I have dealt with some health issues the past few years and am a huge advocate for invisible disabilities. I wouldn't be able to do what I do without God, my family, friends, and of course my amazing clients! All my clients have been extremely understanding as I navigate dealing with health issues and still trying to keep my business alive, and I could not be more thankful. I look forward to what the future holds for me and my photography, and if you choose me as your photographer, I promise you won't regret it!
